NYTech's, College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Associate Director, for the Office of Student Life located at the Jonesboro Arkansas campus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Office of Student Life including the planning, budgeting, coordination and evaluation of activities, support services and programs for Student Government Association and all student organizations.
  • Work with the Assistant Dean in coordinating the first- and second-year orientation program.
  • Manage the student aspect of College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas Hooding Ceremony, Stethoscope Program, and White Ceremony including ordering and delivering of caps and gowns and white coats and organizing the students at the ceremonies.
  • Manage, process and maintain all budgets for the SGA and organizations on campus.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree required, a Masters preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a college .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications including Word Excel, Outlook and Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and human relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as part of a team.
