New York Institute of Technology is seeking an experienced Workday Senior Project Manager to lead a project to transform institutional HCM and Finance systems and processes, and replace our legacy Oracle EBS applications with Workday. Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Enterprise Application and Decision Support Systems, the Workday Senior Project Manager will provide project leadership, facilitate business process conversations with functional staff, actively manage the implementation partner and Workday services, and oversee project deliverables and milestones to ensure the successful deployment. The incumbent will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of the logistics and work closely with developers, managers, functional staff, and end users to plan and execute projects; assess and respond to risks; and identify, track and resolve issues. The Workday Senior Project Manager will be expected to summarize and report on project statuses for senior leadership, project team members, consultants and vendor account managers. They will also be expected to create and maintain complete and accurate project documentation and supervise the change management and training functions/staff.
This position can be considered for a hybrid/remote position with flexibility of working remotely and in our NYC or Old Westbury offices as in line with NYTech remote work policy.
