Responsibilities

Based at our Jonesboro, Arkansas campus, Faciliites Support will:

  • Entail heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Under general supervision of the Dean’s Office, individual will assist with moving boxes of supplies, unboxing/boxing various shipment, setting tables/chairs for events, helping Faculty/Staff in relocating/reconfiguring office furniture, simple assembly of furniture and other duties as assigned.

 

This position will utilize our online work order entry system to access work assignments and online timesheets for recording hours worked.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work overhead in tight spaces.
  • Good communication skills for working with diverse faculty, students, and staff.
  • Ability to work between 10-20 hrs/week, in a minimum of 2 hr. segments, between the hours of 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri and occasionally evenings and weekends.
