    Manage individual laboratory experiments as agreed upon and approved by the supervising professor (Dr. Yingtao Zhao). This includes implementing the experimental design, data collection, statistical analysis, writing, and submitting manuscripts.


    Train and oversee research data collection by students, lab technicians, and possibly other junior postdoctoral fellows.

    Assist with and writing grant proposals.


    Attend and present at seminars/journal clubs.


    PhD, MD, DO, DVM, DDS, or other doctoral level biomedical degree.


    Must have field expertise in biomedical research and mastery of routine biomedical research techniques in one or more of the following areas: genomics, bioinformatics, molecular biology.


    General knowledge of research methodology and ability to search and analyze literature, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, implement experiments, analyze data and prepare and submit publications is required.


    Must be able to work independently and collaboratively and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
