New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) College of Engineering and Computing Sciences seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor in Engineering Management for the BS Engineering Management program in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (a minor in Entrepreneurship and Technology is under development as well).
Teach in courses for the BS Engineering Management program, such as Entrepreneurship, Project Engineering, System Engineering, and Engineering Management Senior Design.
Advise students, help with assessment and with curriculum and new course development, as well as participate in student recruitment and other NYIT, CoECS, ME department events.
Successful candidates will share our vision to grow the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences into a leader in applied research and a premier source of student talent in the New York Metropolitan Area and globally.
A Ph.D. degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related area is required.
Must have excellent communication skills and a solid track record in academia or industry.
