NYIT's deSeversky Mansion is seeking a part-time Bridal Party Attendant to work for the catering facility at the Long Island (Old Westbury) campus. This person will be responsible for providing professional Bridal services to the Bride, her family, the Bridal party and guests to ensure a successful wedding experience.
Coordinate with Sales Department for the event drop-off and set up of personal items which may include place cards, gift box, pictures, guest book, cake topper, amenity baskets, cake knife and server, champagne flutes, party favours, etc.
Orchestrate ceremony and reception details and assist Banquet Manager with ceremony rehearsal
Be present during photographs of wedding party and follow with drinks and food as needed.
