Responsibilities

NYIT’s College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Analytics and Assessment Data Manager for the Old Westbury campus.

 

  • Standardize, process, and merge data for analysis.
  • Tabulate quantitative data.
  • Organize and/or code qualitative data.
  • Summarize and/or present data effectively in multiple formats.
  • Work with departments and operational units to collect education records data from multiple sources, as well as improve the accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Disseminate data to stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required in economics, statistics, public policy, psychology, sociology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and SPSS.
  • Experience with Survey Monkey, Adobe Acobat Pro, and Microsoft Access.
  • REDCap experience would be helpful.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong organizational, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Prior experience with primary as well as secondary data sets, preferably in a higher education or research institution setting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
