  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions via phone or in person.
  • Maintain front office; ensure everyone that visits Human Resources is greeted. .
  • Organize and maintain employee personnel files. Keep accurate records of all I-9’s. Audit files when needed to ensure compliance.
  • Scan, sort and file personnel files
  • Order supplies for department; maintain inventory of all office supplies.
  • Process all mail.
  • Makes photocopies, faxes/scan documents and performs other clerical functions.



  • High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative office experience, preferably in an environment with highly confidential documents
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
  • Excellent technological skills necessary; prior experience with an digital records system highly preferred
  • Position will be a part time position up to 18 or 20 hours a week, flexible hours possible within the Monday-Friday 9-5pm timespan
