NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) seeks a Genetic Counselor for a full-time staff position in support of Clinical Genetics Services in the Department of Clinical Specialties. Responsibilities include patient care in the Academic Health Care Centers (in Central Islip and Old Westbury, New York), teaching, research/scholarly activities, and institutional service as called upon by the Department Chairperson and/or Institution.
MS degree from an ACGC accredited program; CGC certification through the ABGC; Research experience and other advanced certification is a plus but is not mandatory.
